Both time slots cover the following material: Sleep Routine & Reflexology (Legs & Feet), Relief for Gas & Colic Routines (Stomach & Chest), Motor Development Routines (Arms & Hands), Torticollis Relief & Tummy Time Routines (Back & Face). Partners and caregivers are welcome to join at no added fee. Baby-led instruction means these classes welcome breast/bottle feeding, diaper changes, and naps. $110 for the 4-class series, or $30 to drop in. Demo attendees get 10% off the series.

This class uses a PBS-endorsed curriculum that will enable you to teach your child to use natural and fun-to-learn American Sign Language (ASL) signs to tell you if he is hungry, thirsty, needs a diaper change, and other important stuff (“I see a cat/airplane/banana!”) until his verbal abilities catch up to his intellectual ones. Research suggests that compared to other children, infants who use sign language speak sooner and score higher on tests of language ability when tested after second grade, plus better communication makes for less frustrated babies and happier parents. Meets Saturdays from noon-12:45pm. $176 for 6 weeks includes books, DVDs and other materials that will help you retain, apply and build on what you learn in class. A new session starts June 6. Contact us to sign up.

The summer session of our unique parent education and support class will include water play, popsicle teethers, and butterfly catchers, plus the developmental and sensory play, relationship talk, and mindful parenting exercises our amazing facilitator specializes in. Meets Tuesdays from 11-11:45am or Wednesdays from noon-12:45pm. A 10-week session starts June 9/10. $250 for the series. Contact us to register.
